The Administrator at Smith County Memorial Hospital is responsible for overseeing all the operations of the Hospital, Long Term Care, Gardner Wellness Clinic and Physical Therapy, and Physician Clinics. It is the Administrators duty to make sure that all of these entities are running smooth and working together as a team to provide safe, quality care to the patients.

As well as overseeing all of the entities as stated before, the Administrator is also responsible for promoting the Hospital to the community, county, state and country. The Administrator handles issues that concern the perception of all entities of the Hospital and its employees.
