Smith County Memorial Hospital is managed by Great Plains Health Alliance, a non-profit organization, organized in 1950, incorporated in the State, established for the purpose of leasing or managing hospitals and other health services. GPHA is an organization deeply committed to ensuring the future of health care in rural areas by strengthening community health care delivery systems.

Kansas Hospital Association (KHA) - is a voluntary non-profit organization existing to provide leadership and services to member hospitals. KHA is the lead organization in a group of companies and affiliates that provide a wide array of services to the hospitals of Kansas and the Midwest region.

The American Hospital Association (AHA) - is the national organization that represents and serves all types of hospitals, health care networks, and their patients and communities. Close to 5,000 hospitals, health care systems, networks, other providers of care and 37,000 individual members come together to form the AHA.

Sunflower Health Network (SHN) - The Sunflower Health Network is an association of 16 hospitals located in north central Kansas. The goal of the Sunflower Health Network is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of healthcare delivery within the Sunflower region.

Smith Center Chamber of Commerce - is organized to advance the general welfare and prosperity of the City of Smith Center, Kansas, and the surrounding vicinity so that its citizens and all areas of its business community shall prosper.
